What you get
Most career coaching focuses on surface-level resume tweaks. I start with the strategy underneath: helping you identify what makes you distinctive, then building a portfolio, resume, and interview approach around that story.

Pricing in context
Coaching rates are famously opaque, so here is mine against the going rate. Every package sits in the lower third of its market range — and the nine-session package sits below the range entirely.

Per-session rates on a shared scale. Executive coaching sits at the top of the market — roughly three to four times my rate, and its packages run into five figures.

Ranges reflect commonly advertised rates for US career coaching and vary widely by coach and specialism — treat them as indicative, not a survey. The nine-session range is extrapolated from the six-session range at the same per-session rate, since packages that long are rarely advertised.
Coaching isn't how I make my living — UX research is. That means I don't have to price coaching like a full-time practice, and I'd rather the people who need the most support pay the least per hour. The longer you commit, the lower the rate gets:
If the budget still doesn't work, the $75 group workshops cover much of the same ground, and the 15-minute intro call is free and always will be. If I don't think I'm the right person to help you, I'll tell you on that call rather than sell you a package.
Why me
I'm an active UX researcher, not a full-time coach. My advice comes from current, real-world experience shipping products at companies like Intuit, Honda, and EDF.
